Shipping & Returns
** UPDATE (08/27/21) - USPS delays in delivering mail/packages continue to worsen. Packages are not being scanned consistently and are sitting at USPS distribution centers for days before being processed. Please note, once your order is marked as 'Shipped' on your order details page, it has been picked up by the carrier. If the USPS tracking page only shows 'Shipping Label Created' this is due to USPS not scanning packages during pick up and the tracking page will not show any updates until the initial scan at the local USPS distribution center. This can be, on average, 3-7 days after the order has shipped. Currently, about half of all orders have been affected by USPS delays with no correlation to when they were shipped or the shipping method used.
We are actively monitoring affected orders. Affected customers will be eligible for replacement orders or a full refund if the USPS tracking shows no scan activity for 21 business days since the last USPS scan, OR no scan activity for 28 business days from the ship date on your order details page.

We currently ship to all valid US addresses. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Due to ongoing safety protocols related to COVID-19, orders are typically processed within 4-6 days of being received, excluding weekends and holidays. Estimated delivery timeframes provided at checkout are not guarantees.
Our products will ship from either our warehouse or from our inventory stored and fulfilled by Amazon under their Fulfillment by Amazon program. Products available for pre-order or backorder may delay shipment of in-stock items on the same order.
The shipping carriers used for the Standard and Expedited shipping methods are USPS and UPS.
Quoted delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to carrier, inclement weather, and seasonal delays.
We will accept returns for any reason on all merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date. All items being returned must be new and unopened, in the original condition as shipped.
Any free gifts received with your order must be included with the return shipment if any or all of the qualifying items are being returned or exchanged.
Any quantity or promotional discounts received may be voided when returning part of your order, resulting in the price difference being deducted from your refund. If the price difference exceeds the refund amount, your return will be denied.
Shipping charges (including postage, packaging, handling and insurance charges) are not refundable.
You, the customer, are responsible for any return shipping charges unless the items being returned are verified to be defective.
