Shipping & Returns
We currently ship to all valid US addresses. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 days of being received, excluding weekends and holidays. Expected delivery timeframes are provided at checkout.
Our products will ship from either our warehouse or from our inventory stored and fulfilled by Amazon under their Fulfillment by Amazon program. We do not currently offer ordering for products that are not physically in-stock (i.e. pre-orders, backorders, etc.).

The shipping carriers used for the Standard and Expedited shipping methods are USPS and UPS. For the Express Shipping method we use UPS 2nd-Day Air.
** Cutoff for same day order processing is 10 AM (EST) Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after the cutoff time are processed the next business day.
Quoted delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to carrier, inclement weather, and seasonal delays.
We will accept returns for any reason on all merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date. All items being returned must be new and unopened, in the original condition as shipped.
Any free gifts received with your order must be included with the return shipment if any or all of the qualifying items are being returned or exchanged.
Any quantity or promotional discounts received may be voided when returning part of your order, resulting in the price difference being deducted from your refund. If the price difference exceeds the refund amount, your return will be denied.
Shipping charges (including postage, packaging, handling and insurance charges) are not refundable.
You, the customer, are responsible for any return shipping charges unless the items being returned are verified to be defective.
If you need to return an item, please visit your order details page under your Account or Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
**UPDATE - February 14, 2021**
USPS is continuing to see delays in previously shipped and newly shipped packages. While some improvement has been made, overall customers should continue to expect some delays.
Please note the following common issues occurring this holiday season:
- USPS not scanning tracking numbers: Tracking numbers are not always updating until the final leg of the package's journey. This leaves the tracking number showing the label has been created and USPS is awaiting the package even though it has already been picked up. We maintain internal shipping logs and scan every package as it is picked up. This will not be reflected on the USPS tracking page but our Customer Service Specialists have access and can confirm if your order was picked up USPS.
- Package backlog at USPS distribution centers: While packages are arriving at the initial USPS distribution center, they often sit there for several days before moving onward. Theses delays are often repeated at each distribution center along the delivery route.
- Some delays: About 10% of orders are seeing extended delivery times of 2-5 business days on top of normal estimated delivery times.
